Availability of Products & Back-order Policy

In a bid to make your shopping experience accurate and enjoyable, TabletMall is dedicated to providing our customers with a dynamic, up-to-date status on available products in our stock.

Due to high demand and our cost-direct pricing, available listings on any item stated as in-stock, may not guarantee availability.

Any purchase-attempt of an item made after final store stock of the product has been ordered, will automatically be subject to back-order fulfillment, with a customer notification of the choice to switch product order, cancel product order or request refund on back-ordered item given.

Please allow 48-72 hours for back-order notification.

Payment Options, Pricing & High-Volume Orders

In a bid to ensure your online shopping experience is convenient and secure, Tablet Mall accepts the following credit cards with valid USA/Canadian Billing Addresses for payment ONLY: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Mastercard/Visa Checking Card and Visa.

For both the sake of efficiency and your security, we do not accept cash, personal checks, CODs, money orders, cashier's checks, or direct wire transfers.

To prevent fraud and to ensure proper delivery, all payments must be made with U.S. or Canadian bank-issued cards with EXACT United States or Canadian Billing Addresses to the card provided. Payment attempts without relevant billing information, international billing addresses and/or international cards may be automatically cancelled upon review without further notice.

Our cost-plus pricing model, shipping & handling costs, order amount and listing of product prices throughout TabletMall.com are denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD). All transactions or funds-transfers are also subject to denomination in U.S. Dollars.

Large volume orders will be subject to immediate review and correspondence via TabletMall.com. All large volume orders must be placed via an open account status. Payment for large volume purchases may include checks, money orders, or Cashier’s Checks denominated in U.S. Dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank. Payment terms, delivery dates and availability subject to variation on a case-specific basis, and may be changed without notice.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

TabletMall’s same-day shipping service is only valid on orders made Monday to Friday before 1:30PM PST/PDT with conditions. Orders may be subject to sudden nullification or delays depending on availability, policy, holidays and shipping issues. Same-day shipping policy may be subject to change without notice at any time.

TabletMall provides multiple shipping options to our customers, with our Standard $4.99 Flat-Rate shipping & handling delivered through UPS Mail Innovations and USPS First-Class Post. Pricing, availability, and delivery method subject to change at any time. Upon receipt by post agency for pick-up, TabletMall reserves the right to waive any and all liability relating to matters of circumstance or issues with delivery, shipping and condition of orders.

TabletMall reserves the right refuse charges and liability on shipping costs, quantity and quality of returned items.

Return, Exchange and Refund Policies

TabletMall offers one of the best warranties available on the market today with our 3 month Return Policy and 1-Year Product Warranty subject to conditions and availability*.

Select eligible products may be returned for a refund within 3 months of Purchase, or sent in for a warranty replacement via our Returns Department within 1-Year of product purchase and eligibility. All returns MUST HAVE a filled-out Return Merchandising Authorization (RMA) form included with return.

Return Policy Exclusions

Non-Defective Bluetooth, Tablet and premium product returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, and are only eligible for a partial refund or store credit with conditions applied. Due to sanitary and restocking issues, TabletMall may exercise the right to refuse a return of used and/or opened bluetooth products, hands-free accessories and screen protector films.

Defective Bluetooth & Tablet Orders

Premium products like Bluetooth Headsets and tablets that are found to be defective under manufacturer’s warranty must be resolved through the product manufacturer.

Return & Refund Process

Returned products may take up to 14-days to process, and longer for items that are received without explanation and RMA form. Refund requests must be sent within 3 months of purchase in order to be eligible. Once refund is issued, please allow 3-4 Business Days for your bank to post any credits to your account.

For exchanges, please allow 7 to 14 business days after package is delivered for any exchanges to process and ship.

Warranty Policy on Tablet Accessories

In order to deliver the best products to your doorstep, TabletMall.com supplies a fantastic 1-Year Warranty on a significant portion of our products. Unless otherwise stated, any products purchased within a year may be eligible for a warranty replacement pending RMA process and assessment. Warranty may only be redeemed with properly-filled RMA Paperwork sent with eligible defective product. TabletMall.com is not liable for shipping costs or package status of any products being returned to us. Upon receipt of a warranty return, please allow up to 14 business days for an exchange to be processed.

If product to be exchanged is out of stock, TabletMall may issue an alternative choice of equivalent value, or issue store credit of equivalent value.

1-Year Warranty excludes damages resulting from unusual abuse, neglect, improper installation & application, or acts of nature.

Damage(s) deemed to be due to customer negligence or caused by usage outside of intended purpose and design of a product in question may be refused warranty coverage by TabletMall.com.
